What can I do with Quitang?

Quitang provides overseas train booking links and Chinese-language travel guides for Chinese travellers. Quitang is operated by Wuhu Qingyoutang Network Technology Co., Ltd. and is not a railway operator.

Choose your destination

Travelling to Japan、Laos、Thailand、Vietnam or Russia? Use the booking link on the relevant destination page, enter your route and date, and check the currently available trains, seats or berths and prices.

Follow these steps from searching to departure

  1. Search your journey: Choose the departure station, arrival station, travel date and number of passengers. A city may have several stations, so check the full names.
  2. Choose a train and seat or berth: Compare departure and arrival times, seats or berths, and baggage requirements. Availability and prices can change, so reconfirm before booking.
  3. Check details and pay: Enter passenger details from their travel documents. Confirm fares, other fees, currency, final total and change or refund rules, then choose a supported payment method.
  4. Check ticket issuance: Payment does not mean your ticket is issued. Check the order status through the original booking channel, watch for the ticket notice and save the final boarding document.
  5. Prepare for boarding: Prepare the e-ticket, QR code or collection voucher specified in your order, carry valid identification, and allow time for collection, security and ticket checks.
Paid but have not received your ticket?

Check the order status and issuance notice first. If processing continues, refer to the product's stated issuance time. If that time has passed or a charge does not match the order status, contact Chinese-language support with your order number. Verify the original order before deciding to rebook.

Booking and order FAQs

Choose a destination from the homepage and use its booking link. Search by departure station, arrival station and date. Select a train, check the seat or berth, passenger details, fees and change or refund rules, then submit your order.

Check whether the train page offers seat selection, berth selection or preferences. Ask support before payment if you need seats together or a particular berth. The confirmed order and final ticket show the actual allocation.

Before paying, review the fares, other fees, currency and final total on the checkout page, then select an available payment method. Fee structures and payment options can differ by country and product.

Check the product's stated issuance time first, then watch the order status and ticket notices after paying. Processing times vary by service and product. If the stated time has passed without a ticket, contact Chinese-language support with your order number.

Check the latest status and notices on the original order before paying or booking again. If the charge and order status do not match, contact Chinese-language support with your order number and payment time.

Read your boarding instructions to confirm whether you use an e-ticket or QR code, or must collect a paper ticket. Before departure, check the full stations, date, train and passenger details, save your boarding document and carry the required valid identification.

For changes or refunds, read the fare rules and order instructions, then apply through the order's listed channel or Chinese-language support. If issuance failed, contact support to check the resolution and refund progress. Eligibility, fees and arrival of funds depend on the product, order status and payment channel.
